Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By booking a cab with Solapur Trails Cabs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the provision of taxi and travel services by Solapur Trails Cabs to you, the customer.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made via phone call or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive verbal or written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
Fares are quoted based on distance, vehicle type, and duration. All fares are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made in cash or via UPI. Any additional charges such as tolls, parking, or state entry taxes will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may incur a charge of up to 50% of the base fare. No-show without prior intimation will be charged the full fare.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup location and contact information. Damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or their belongings will be charged accordingly. Customers must not carry illegal or hazardous items.
Driver and Vehicle
We take care in selecting experienced and verified drivers. However, we are not liable for the personal conduct of drivers beyond our reasonable control. Vehicle breakdowns en route will be handled with minimal disruption — alternate arrangements will be made at no extra cost.
Liability
Solapur Trails Cabs is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road conditions, or vehicle breakdown. Our liability is limited to the fare value of the trip.
Privacy
Any personal information shared during booking — such as name, phone number, and pickup address — is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
